A wonderful new mold is from House on the Hill, the experts in producing heirloom quality Springerle cookie molds. This delightful Jolly Santa Cookie Mold is great for pressed cookies, Springerle cookies, and crafting.
Approximately 3" in diameter, we used a straight-edged round 3" cookie cutter to complete the look # 42RM726. We prefer the look of the straight-edged round cutter to a fluted-edge for this particular design. It is really just personal choice.
Each mold is accompanied by a 12 page booklet of Springerle and Speculaas cookie recipes.
Made in the USA, individually hand cast and hand finished in a resin and wood composite.
