Cinnamon Bundt Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (dry)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon Extract
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon butter extract

Directions:
1. Place all ingredients except sugar, cinnamon and pecans in mixer. Combine sugar, cinnamon and chopped nuts. Pour batter into pan alternately with sugar mixture.

2. Bake at 350° F for 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes. Turn cake out. If you like, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
