Prepare cookies from this Simpler Times Cookie Mold to please woodworkers, readers, ale brewers and hikers. Replicated from a wooden cookie mold circa 1890. Each cookie measures approximately 2" x 2.5". Made in the USA from a sturdy resin/wood composite worthy of heirloom quality. Actual Size: 4.125" x 5.125".

Each mold is accompanied by a 12 page booklet of Springerle and Speculaas cookie recipes. This mold is a House on the Hill replica of a vintage cookie mold.

How to use this mold?

Would be grateful if you could post a video showing exactly how to use this mold. My forefathers (foremothers actually) made these type of cookies at Christmas time. But this mold is kind of pricey, and I would like to know how to use it before plunking down this kind of money. Not really a review, but a request.
