Sandbakkel Recipe:
Ingredients:
3/4 Cup sugar1 Cup butter
1 egg1/6 Cup almonds, chopped fine1 Teaspoon almond extract2 1/2 Cups flour
Directions:
1. Cream sugar and butter.
2. Add egg, almond extract, and chopped almonds.
3. Add flour.
4. Mold into Sandbakkel tins, working the dough with fingers.
5. Bake at a pre-heated 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
6. Eat plain or fill with jam, curd, or whipped cream.
