SIZE: 1 lb. bag, makes 1 ½ cups prepared Icing which decorates approximately 24 to 30 three inch cookies.
INGREDIENTS: Sugar, meringue powder (corn starch, egg whites, sugar, gum arabic, sodium aluminum sulfate, citric acid, cream of tartar, vanillin), corn starch, gum arabic.
ALLERGENS: Contains egg. Made on equipment that also processes wheat, milk, soy and tree nuts.
DIRECTIONS:
Mix at medium speed, 1 lb. of mix and 5 Tablespoons waterBeat until icing stands in peaks.Flavor and color as desired.
Flow Icing:Add 1 Tablespoon water to each 1/2 cup of Royal Icing prepared as above. Mix by hand.
