After several taste tests of lemon curds we are pleased to offer the Fancy Flours customer Lemon Curd from Oregon. This lemon curd is made in small batches with fresh Oregon eggs, Oregon cream, Oregon butter, cane sugar and real lemon puree & the juice of real fruit (no artificial flavors or colors).

Mildly sweet, smooth, and creamy, it is the perfect topper for scones, filling for layer cake, or mini tartlets and so much more. Comes in a 10 oz. glass jar-17 servings per jar. Refrigerate after opening.

Ingredients: Eggs (Whole Eggs, Citric Acid), Cane Sugar, Water, Butter (Milk), Lemon Puree (lemon Juice Concentrate, Water, Lemon Pulp Cells, Lemon Peel, Lemon Oil), Tapioca Starch, Sulfiting Agent (for Color Retention)

Allergens: Contains Eggs and Milk. Made in a facility that handles Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Eggs, Milk, Fish, Wheat and Soybeans.

I am such a lemon fan, especially when it comes to sweet treats! This lemon curd is a perfect balance of sweet, creamy, and tangy. I love vanilla yogurt and thought this would be perfect to mix in, and boy it was! This is such a good staple to have around for guests or even when your sweet tooth is acting up. Will definitely repurchase!!
