A Fancy Flours Exclusive! We saw this trend all over Pinterest and Instagram of what is being called a French Cream Tart or Letter and number cakes. Basically a two layered shaped pastry with cream filing and a vast variety of toppings. Most bakers are making paper templates to cut out their desired shape. We thought there must be an easier way, so we created sturdy templates that can be used for cutting out pastry dough, cookie dough, cake, and fondant. Since the heart tarts were so lovely we opted to start with heart shapes in various sizes. Our Heart Shaped Cake & Cookie Template Set has 3 heart sizes (6", 8", and 12") with heart cut-out centers. Each template is made from a sturdy food-safe type of foam core board that is 1/4" thick and covered with a clean white plastic finish on both sides, making them a smart alternative to flimsy cardboard that can soak up butter and moisture. Templates can be sanitized and even washed in a dishwasher on a NO HEAT drying cycle.
