This easy to use mix combines all the ingredients you need to make hard candy at home on the stovetop. Just add 1/3 cup water. Complete instructions on back of package. Makes great tasting, traditional hard candy in about 30 minutes.
Spray hard candy mold with cooking spray. Make a batch of hard candy, following directions on package. Pour hot syrup into sprayed funnel with stopper covering hole. Slightly lift stopper to let proper amount of hot syrup flow into sprayed cavities of mold. If making hard candy suckers, immediately put stick or pencil pop in place before syrup begins to set up. Let cool to room temperature. When syrup cools and candy is hard, release candy from mold.
One batch of hard candy mix fills about 6 bite size molds or 3 sucker molds.
