My first House on the Hill cookie mold! Makes a lovely springerle cookie for spring time eating. I cut mine into individual diamond shaped cookies. This year I will be making lemon springerle with this mold. Hint-it is a bigger mold so make sure you use enough EVEN pressure on the mold when pressing into the dough. Make sure you can see the detail when you lift the mold. If you don't see the detail when you lift off the mold from the dough, you won't see it after it bakes!
