This wonderfully versatile set of assorted diamonds come in sizes from 0.2" up to 1" in diameter. Set contains 22 total diamonds. The clarity is superb. Made by a talented sugar artist, these beautiful edible diamonds are made with Isomalt and can be used on cakes, cupcakes, pastries, cookies, etc. The presentation ideas for these precious jewels are endless! Caution: Fragile. Handle with extra care. Do not refrigerate/freeze. Store in a cool, dry place. Place jewel on your dessert just before serving. Because this is a sugar product, it will absorb moisture and cloud, so they display best on dry surfaces (fondant, royal icing). NOTE: This product is made from a sugar substitute, Isomalt. The jewels are shipped with a thin coat of vegetable oil to protect the shine and prevent sticking. Sometimes the jewels will be cloudy due to temperature fluctuations during shipping. If this occurs with your purchase, simply spray them with a very light coating of vegetable oil to instantly restore their luster. Made in the USA.
