Shipping Information


In general, orders placed Monday - Friday (except on Holidays), will be shipped out in 24-48 hours. *NOTE: 2nd Business Day and Next Business Day orders placed before 12:00 noon MST will be shipped the same day. We do not ship orders on the weekends. Shipping charges are calculated based on the order merchandise total and the destination address. We provide our customers with a number of shipping options, including:

Shipping Chart


Standard – 5-7 business days within the contiguous US; 3-7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii. This ship method is handled by UPS and the Postal Service.

2nd Business Day - By end of business day in 2 business days to most areas. This method does not deliver on Federal Holidays, Saturday or Sunday. The day the order ships is NOT counted in the 2 Day Service calculation.

Next Business Day – Next business-day delivery by 3p.m. to a commercial business address and by end of day to a residential address (This could mean 7pm or later). Service provided by UPS. NOTE: This method does not deliver on Federal Holidays, Saturday or Sunday.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped an email will be sent to you with a tracking number. Shipping confirmation email will also include a tracking link for your convenience.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are shipped at no charge. If you wish to expedite your shipping of a gift certificate, give us a call at 406-587-0118.

International Shipping: Call 406-587-0118 or email info@fancyflours.com for a shipping quote for a Canada delivery or other International destinations. Fancy Flours is not responsible for duties, taxes or other additional fees related to international shipments. If you are sending a gift to an international address, the recipient will be responsible for all duties and taxes that may apply.

We will require your e-mail to process your order. Please be aware that the MINIMUM shipping charge for a package is approximately $40.00. Depending on the weight of your order it could be higher. Please place your order on our website. Once we receive your order we can pick, pack and weigh it. Once we have the exact weight, including the packaging we will e-mail you with a final shipping charge. The exchange rate is determined by our credit card processor on the day your order is charged.

APO/FPO Address Help: When you enter your address information, follow this example:

Having trouble entering an APO or FPO addresses on our order form? Feel free to call us at 406-587-0118 and we would be happy to take you order over the phone.

Following these steps should help:

City field: Enter "APO" or "FPO."
State/Province/Region field: Choose "AE" if the recipient is stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East. Choose "AA" if the recipient is stationed in the Americas(Including Central/South America). Choose "AP" if the recipient is stationed in Asia or the Pacific.
Country field: Always select "United States" from the drop-down menu regardless of where the recipient is stationed.

Following these steps will ensure that you're charged the correct shipping amount and that your order will be delivered in a timely fashion. All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via U.S. Priority Mail. We estimate 5 to 7 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days.


Track Order


All orders where the customer has provided us with a valid email address will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that contains a link directly to the shipping service that was used and provides for direct tracking of your order by following the link provided in your email.

Returns


We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us by phone or email for return authorization. You may return products that are unused and unopened up to 30 days after purchase. No returns will be made for any item after 30 days. All edible items are non-returnable.

EDIBLE FOOD PRODUCTS, DECORATIVE DRAGEES, and any SPECIAL ORDER. Wedding Cake Toppers are non-refundable.

Upon receiving a return item from you, we will credit your account for the amount of the item(s).
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a credit for the shipping charges. Once we have received your returned item(s) please allow 7 business days for us to process the credit to your account. Keep in mind, depending on the credit card company, the credit may not show up on your account until the next billing cycle. We appreciate your understanding and patience regarding this matter.

Donations


Fancy Flours supports fundraising activities on a case-by-case basis. Please email us your request to info@fancyflours.com. with the following information.

• Organization name and contact person;
• Address and phone number;
• Your deadline;
• Letter describing the request on organization letterhead.;
We do our best to accommodate most requests.


Employment


Fancy Flours has a small staff located in Bozeman, Montana. From time to time positions do arise. Please email your resume and cover letter to info@fancyflours.com. We will keep it on file for six months.

NEW! Fancy Flours now accepts the PayPal form of payment. Please select the tab marked PayPal on the payment screen during checkout. Next click the continue button and you will be navigated to a PayPal payment site where you can login to PayPal and complete your purchase. You will automatically be sent back to the Fancy Flours website to receive your order confirmation.

1. NOTE E-MAIL IS NOT SECURE. Please remember, your e-mail correspondence should never include sensitive information you would not like to share with the general public as e-mail is never a secure environment on the Internet.

2. Keep records. When you purchase a product and check out, print the screen so you have a paper record of your purchase and order number. A paper record will be extremely helpful if you ever need to contact us.

4. About Children - For their protection, we ask that children do not submit information to us without the consent of a parent or guardian.

Q: Are your products Kosher?

A: Only a few of our products are Kosher and they are noted by a K or the term Kosher in the product description. If you wish to a list of all Kosher products, simply type the word KOSHER into the search bar on our website. If an edible product does not have the Kosher designation, it is not certified Kosher.

Q: Is the credit card information I submit secure?

A: Absolutely. Every step of the Fancy Flours online ordering process that requests credit card information employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL renders information unreadable if anyone should attempt to intercept it.

Q: How are shipping costs calculated?

A: All shipping costs are based on a combination of the order weight and the ship to address destination. To read more, please visit our Shipping Information section.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: When your order is shipped you will be sent an email with a tracking number (for both UPS and USPS shipments). In order to track your order, simply follow the link found in your shipping confirmation email and enter the tracking number as provided

Q: Do you sell wholesale?

A: Fancy Flours is a retail only website and we do not sell wholesale. We are unable provide the names of our suppliers.

Q: Do you do custom orders?

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any custom orders.

Q: How can I be sure an item is in stock?

A: As you shop, we`ll let you know if an item you wish to purchase is on out of stock. If the item is out of stock, you will not be able to order it, but you can sign up for an e-mail alert when it becomes available. You’ll automatically receive an email when the item is back in stock and available to ship.
