A very unusual pair of vintage ceramic figurines were made by the talented California artist Ynez. These pieces were most likely made in the '50's. Both the bride and groom are hand-signed on the bottom. The groom is named "Edward," and the bride is named "Eloise" with the names painted on the bottom of each piece. They all the usual crazing that all Ynez figures have which is typical of their glazing and aging processes. The groom has a tiny chip of glaze off his nose that does not detract from his appearance. He looks vintage and darling despite his chipped nose. The bride has spaghetti-type lace around he shoulders and is carrying a fetching floral bouquet. Each figure is 5 1/2 in. tall.
