Thank you for your interest in a Private Cookie Decorating Party at our Fancy Flours retail store in Bozeman, Montana.

Fancy Flours cookie decorating classes and demonstrations are by far the most popular subject that we offer in our store and are well attended by both men and women alike. So, we thought, why not take this to the next level and offer exclusive, made-to-order themed events to our customers?

Our private cookie decorating parties include:
• An exclusive 2 hour, on-site event at the Fancy Flours retail store.
• Seating for up to 10 guests (PLEASE NOTE: Private Parties are intended for adult participants, both male and female – age 18 and older. Unfortunately, our facility is not set-up to accommodate children).
• One dozen delicious themed sugar cookies per guest (You choose the theme).
• 16-20 4 oz bottles of colorful royal icing for use during the party (up to 4 colors).
• Fabulous cookie decorating supplies to experiment and create with.
• Expert baking and decorating instructions and techniques (optional).
• Cake boards or boxes for transporting cookies home.
• Recipes
• Set-up and clean-up.

The flat rate for a Fancy Flours Private Cookie Decorating Party is: $300.00. At the time of your booking your credit card will be charged a non-refundable “save the date” deposit of $100.00.
The remaining $200.00 will be charged one week prior to the date of your event.

We are sure that you can appreciate the amount of time involved in preparing for these parties so there will be no refunds for guests who cancel or do not show. Additional arrangements can be made in advance if you would like to bring food or drinks to serve during the party.
