• Mini White Muffin Cups (SKU: 7100-MF-SM-1)
• Rainbow sprinkles (SKU: 5950-SK-RB-1 )
• Your favorite cupcake recipe
• Your favorite frosting recipe (buttercream works great!)
• Large Decorating Tip Set (SKU:1600-KT-LC-1 )
• Pastry Bag
• Mini muffin pan
Instructions: • Bake and cool cupcakes as directed. Bake in white mini muffin cups.
• Using a decorating bag with a large star tip and coupler, frost each cupcake.
• Sprinkle rainbow sprinkles on each cupcake.
• Carefully affix a royal icing circus decoration into each cupcake by pushing into the icing to secure.
• Let set and store in an airtight container.
