Arguably the most stunning bridal pair in our vintage collection. This exquisite and extremely rare bridal pair was made by Goebel of West Germany. These pieces are an exceptional example of fine porcelain made by Goebel. The bride is a true beauty and is wearing a beautiful vintage 1940s gown with sweeping train and short veil. She carries a full bridal bouquet of deep pink flowers. The bottom of the piece carries the Goebel WGermany mark and is printed "Forever and Always 1949" with the number 16 315 21. Thiis lovely figurine is about 8.5" tall and approximately 7.5" wide to the tip of her train. The piece is signed by the artist. The handsome groom is wearing period tux with tails. On the bottom, the piece is marked number 16-31021 with the Goebel WGermany trademark and artist's initials. This groom is about 8 1/2" tall. On the bottom, beside the Goebel WGermany mark is printed " The Promise 1949". Both pieces are in mint condition and beautiful beyond words.
