These beautiful edible cake jewels come in a circle shape each faceted like a jewel. They are approx. 1/2 - 3/4 inches long, 3/4 - 1 inch wide, and approx. 1/4 inch thick. The jewels are shipped with a thin coat of vegetable oil to protect the shine and prevent sticking. Sometimes the jewels will be cloudy due to temperature fluctuations during shipping.
