Poinsettia Cupcakes How-To
You will need:
- Royal Icing White Poinsettia's
- Royal Icing Leaves
- Orchid Pink Luster Dust
- White Cupcake Liners
- 1 lb. bag shredded coconut
- Small craft paintbrush
- Your favorite holiday cupcake recipe and buttercream icing recipe

Instructions:
1. Bake cupcakes in muffin tins. Let cool.

2. While cupcakes are cooling, prepare your icing. In a separate bowl, fill with the coconut.

3. Lay out the royal icing poinsettia's on a sheet of parchment paper. Using your craft brush, "paint" a thin layer of the luster dust on each poinsettia to give it a pink glow.

4. Ice each cupcake and then immediately dunk each cupcake in the bowl of coconut - using your fingers to press the coconut into the icing.

5. Affix two royal icing leaves to each cupcake, leaving room in the center for the poinsettia.

6. Using additional icing (if needed) attach the icing poinsettia to the center of each cupcake.

7. Let set and store in an airtight container.
