Rich New York State Apple Cider is blended with a warming mix of mulled spices. Perfect with bourbon or over ice cream, nothing says fall like this syrup. This is a thick syrup with a sweet, autumnal flavor. Made from just apples, it's boiled down to reveal the fruit's complexity. Handmade in small batches in Brooklyn, New York.
INGREDIENTS
cane sugar, apple molasses, filtered water, apple cider, orange peel, chili, cinnamon
SHELF LIFE: Some separation is normal, shake well before use
Refrigerate after opening
2 year shelf life from bottled on date

HOT APPLE TODDY RECIPE FROM MORRIS KITCHEN


Ingredients

1 oz Morris Kitchen Spiced Apple Syrup
2 oz Rum or Bourbon
5-6 oz Boiling Water
1 Clove
1 Cracked Cardamom Pod
1 Slice Fresh Ginger
1 Stick Cinnamon
1 Slice Apple



Instructions

Pour Morris Kitchen Spiced Apple Syrup into a saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Add clove, cardamom, and ginger and steep for 5-7 minutes. Strain into a mug, add rum or bourbon and garnish with a slice of apple and a stick of cinnamon.
Hot Mulled Cider
Mix 1 -2 tablespoons to 1 cup hot water, add lemon and cinnamon.

Bourbon Apple Crush Add 1 tbsp to a jigger of bourbon and lemon.
