Easy Holiday Chocolates How-To
You will need:
- Royal Icing Christmas Mix
- Royal Icing Mix
- Pre-made (or use your own homemade) truffles or small chocolates. Peanut Butter Cups work great!

1. Lay out all chocolates on a piece of wax or parchment paper on your counter.

2. Prepare royal icing mix (this is what you will use to stick the decoration to the chocolate) according to directions on bag. Keep the icing thick - use less water.

3. Using a pastry bag or small spatula, carefully put a dab of icing on the back of the royal icing decoration.
4. Affix the royal icing decoration to the chocolate. Carefully pushing down to make sure it sticks.

5. Let icing dry (about 1 hour) before storing.

6. Store in an airtight container or serve.
