Chocolate Filled Cookie Cutters How-To
You will need:
- Christmas Cookie Cutters
- Chocolate to melt (milk, dark or white)
- Various colors of sprinkles

Instructions:
1. Wash and dry cookie cutters and place on waxed or parchment paper.

2. Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Temper if needed.

3. Pour melted chocolate into each cookie cutter and put in refrigerator. Cool 10 minutes.

4. Take out of refrigerator and sprinkle each shape with sprinkles and decorations of your choice. Lightly tap the sprinkles into the chocolate surface.

5. Refrigerate until completely set.

6. Store in cool place until gifted.
