This beautiful set of edible cake jewels includes six different shapes, with each shape each faceted like a jewel. They range in size from approximately .5" to 1.75" and are .25" thick. Approximately 18 pieces per package of assorted shapes. NOTE: This product is made from isomalt, a sugar substitute. The jewels are shipped with a thin coat of vegetable oil to protect the shine and prevent sticking. Sometimes the jewels will be cloudy due to temperature fluctuations during shipping. If this occurs with your purchase, simply spray them with a very light coating of vegetable oil to instantly resore their luster.
