This beautiful set of edible cake jewels includes 40 teardrop faceted jewels, as shown in the Fall 2009 issue of Martha Stewart Weddings Magazine. Each teardrop is approximately 1.75" and are .25" thick. 40 pieces per package. These jewels are custom made for each order, so please expect a 3 week lead time between the date you place your order and the date your order is shipped. NOTE: This product is made from isomalt, a sugar substitute. The jewels are shipped with a thin coat of vegetable oil to protect the shine and prevent sticking. Sometimes the jewels will be cloudy due to temperature fluctuations during shipping. If this occurs with your purchase, simply spray them with a very light coating of vegetable oil to instantly resore their luster.
