Fancy Flours offers disco dust, luster and sparkle dust in beautiful and bright colors to enhance and add great sparkle to any of your baking projects. All of these products are great to sprinkle dry or add to icing or fondant while wet for a more concentrated sparkle. Classified as "non-toxic ", they may be best suited to decorate items that can easily be removed from the cake.
DISCO DUST
Beautiful for special effects. Just a light dusting of this extra fine glitter will bring lots of sparkle to your design.
LUSTER DUST
Creates a lustrous sheen on cookies, cakes, cupcakes and chocolate. Brush on dry for a subtle sheen, or make intense paint by mixing with lemon extract, clear vanilla or vodka. Do NOT use water.
SPARKLE DUST
Food safe and adds a wet or dewy look with a touch of color. It can be brushed on dry for a little color or mixed with clear alcohol and painted on.
